Shipping and Refund Policy

 

Shipping
We make every effort to ship your products in a timely fashion. All orders are usually processed within 3 business days. For orders over S$25, we offer free shipping with tracking within Singapore. For orders below S$25, a shipping charge of S$2.99 will be applied. Once your order is processed, our logistics partners will deliver your order within 3 - 5 business days, from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays) between 9am and 10pm. Please note that we are unable to accommodate specific delivery timing requests, and shipping lead time may be longer during peak periods. 

Shipping is available to most residential and commercial addresses within mainland Singapore with the exclusion of restricted zones and postal codes. If your address falls under the restricted areas, we will reach out to you to arrange an alternate shipping address.

We provide complimentary international shipping to the US and Canada for orders over S$100. For orders below S$100, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Shipping times range from 14 to 30 business days. International package may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by the destination country, shipment value and package contents. These additional fees are not covered in the item price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. You may be required to pay applicable customs duties and taxes before or upon delivery of your package.

We are not liable for any errors made by our logistics partners or any damages that may occur to the packages during transit, incorrect shipping information provided by customers, or theft of packages post-delivery. For international packages, please ensure recipient's name matches the ID/passport for customs clearance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we are not responsible for damages that may occur due to washing, wearing, or misuse.

Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to process exchanges.

Refunds
In the event that your refund request is approved, we will notify you promptly. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since the approval of your request, please contact us via our contact form. Kindly note that gift cards are non-refundable.
