What are the sizes of your scrunchies?
Our scrunchies come in 3 sizes: mini, classic and XL. Please refer to our size guide for more information.
Are all hair accessories handmade?
All our scrunchies and hair are proudly handmade in Singapore
How do I clean my scrunchies?
You can choose to either hand wash or machine wash the scrunchies using a gentle cycle in a laundry bag with cold water and similar coloured garments. It is highly recommended to hand wash them. Once washed, simply let them air dry.
For towel scrunchies, it is best to avoid using softener to maintain their absorbency.
Why does the colour/pattern of my item look different in person than online?
We try to ensure our photos accurately reflect the actual colour of our products. However, due to the differences in monitor and device settings and photography lighting, the actual colour may vary from the photos.
Each scrunchie/bow is made individually, so there may be slight differences in shape, size and pattern placement.
Which clip should I choose for the hair bow, left or right?
Most of our hair bows are available with two options: a left clip or a right clip. If you usually wear the bow over your right ear, choose the right clip, and if you prefer to wear it over your left ear, opt for the left clip. If you are using it to style pigtail hairstyles or to clip on both sides of your fringe, you will need to choose one left clip and one right clip. Our bigger hair bows only come with a right clip as they are typically worn individually at the back of your head. Our 2-pack mini hair bow set comes with one left clip and one right clip. If no option is given, the hair bow generally comes with a right clip.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped, you can request for an order cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping & Packaging
Do you ship everywhere in Singapore?
Shipping is available to most residential and commercial addresses within mainland Singapore with the exclusion of restricted zones and postal codes. If your address falls under the restricted areas, we will reach out to you to arrange an alternate shipping address.
How long does shipping take?
For shipping within Singapore, it takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver your order. International shipping typically requires between 14 to 30 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and any potential customs delays. Shipping lead time may be longer during peak periods.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Complimentary international shipping on orders above S$100. We hope to ship worldwide in the near future.
Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
Can I pick up my order?
Pick up is currently unavailable.
How do you pack my order?
We carefully pack your orders using recyclable cartons or biodegradable mailer bags, along with kraft paper for added protection. In our efforts to minimize single-use plastic packaging, most of our products only come with their original tags or display cards, without any individual clear plastic bags. Occasionally, we may use organza pouches, paper bags or wrap them with paper for an extra layer of packaging.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
In general, we do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will get back to you within 3 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for damages that may occur due to washing, wearing, or misuse.
